Skinny's was founded by Jeff Brewster and Todd Lindsay in 2013 with one thing in mind; to fill bellies with a delicious southern BBQ experience. Todd is a trained red seal chef who found his passion for food and cooking at a young age. He has traveled worldwide to explore varying culinary techniques. Todd has competed in multiple cooking competitions, most recently the Sunshine Skillet competition in which he claimed first place in the professional category.
Jeff, armed with strong business sense, made the decision to partner with Todd to bring their BBQ dream to life. In September of 2013 they travelled to the Kentucky BBQ Festival , then made their way through 7 states meeting, eating and learning along side some of the best BBQ pit masters in the south.
